Last Sunset of May

While driving back from the cinema today we passed this amazing view of the sun behind some clouds with the cityscape below...Unfortunately, today was the first day in 3 weeks that I didn't have my camera with me =( I did however take a few shots of the sun setting from the end of my street. Here is one of them.

Capturing The Elements

I took this photo on way back from a camping trip a few years back. We drove past this area with loads of these wind turbines scattered along these hills. It was just starting to rain as I took this shot.

Sunburst Jellyfish

This is another cheat shot in that it was taken at Vancouver Aquarium. However, I love the bright orange colour of the jellyfish so I thought I would post it anyway.

Stranded in Paradise

I really miss this van. While diving along a beach on Kangaroo Island, I turned to sharply and managed to get our van stuck in the sand. As frustrating as it was having to dig our way out, at least I got this nice shot out of it.

London Arch

The London Arch is a natural occurring rock formation along the Great Ocean Road. I`m not sure why it is called The London Arch, but it makes for a nice photo.

Garden Party

I really like this table. It was at a winery in the Okanagan Valley, and I couldn't resist taking this simple shot.

Drinking Dingo

I feel like this shot is a bit of a cheat in that it was taken at a wildlife park/zoo...but I really like that I managed to capture the dingo with his tongue out.
