I took this shot of the Hibiscus Flower while I was in Mexico. There were other flowers in better condition in the area, but I thought that the torn petals made this flower more interesting than the others.

Bougainvillea Flower

I really like this shot of this tiny white flower. I wish I had taken a little more time to line up the shot so that the flower itself was a little more in focus rather than the purple leaf in front of it.

Busy Bee

Another shot from my trip to Bragg Creek yesterday. I spent about 15 minutes chasing bees around to try get some close up shots. This is one of the better ones I got. I like it even though the bee is facing away.

Tulips

Here is another shot from yesterdays cycle. At the Olympic Plaza in Downtown Calgary, there were these big flowerbeds full of these brightly coloured tulips.
