Christmas Lily

Yesterday, I decided that it had been too long since I had played with my camera...So I wandered around the house taking pictures of all the Christmas plants and decorations. This is one of the flowers in a bunch that I bought Kristin a few days back.

I nearly didn't take this shot. I walked right past before I decided that it might make a good photo. I'm glad I did as I like how it turned out.

Bougainvillea Flower

I really like this shot of this tiny white flower. I wish I had taken a little more time to line up the shot so that the flower itself was a little more in focus rather than the purple leaf in front of it.

Mexican Wave

One of my favorite photographers is Clark Little. He specializes in photographs of waves. I spent a lot of my time in Mexico diving around the waves trying to get my own shots. None of mine turned out anywhere near as good as his but I like how a few of them came out.

Holly & Jules Wedding

Calgary Traffic

This is another shot from my night drive. I have been wanting to try a long exposure shot to capture the lights of cars as they go past for a while. I found this nice spot with the cityscape in the background. I managed to time this shot just as the C-Train came past to add extra colour to some of the lights.
