Calgary Reflections

I read an article in one of my photography magazines about adding reflections to your photos so I thought I would spend a little time in Photoshop and give it a try...this is the result.

Hidden Waterfall

This waterfall was a short walk from one of the camp sites I stayed at during my first trip to BC. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of it.

Feeding Frenzy

This busy scene I shot at a small fishing port on Kangaroo Island (Australia). A guy emptied a bucket of fish scraps into the sea, and it wasn't long before this was the view.

Duck Trail

Here is another photo from my visit to Fish Creek Park last month. I saw this trail of duck prints running along the ice to the river. Navigating my way down onto the ice was a little scary, but well worth it.

The Sun Goes Down Under

Back to Australia today for another sunset. I'm really pleased with how the colours and the silhouettes of the trees turned out in this shot.

Winter Icicles

This photo is of a load of icicles that forms outside my front door where the water melts off the roof and drips down onto this bush. I think it looks really cool.

First Flowers of Spring

Yesterday, I drove up to Banff with a couple of friends visiting from England. We saw loads of wonderful views of the mountains, but we only saw two flowers the whole day...and here they are.
